FARMINGDALE ADULT DAY CARE

Farmingdale Adult Day Care is an interfaith social day care program sponsored by St. Kilian’s along with other Farmingdale ‘Houses of Worship’. The Day Care Center is reaching out in support of families who are caring for the elderly living at home, especially those with physical or cognitive limitations who are no longer able to participate in their normal social groups. This ministry also provides time for family members to make appointments; do shopping; or take a quiet refreshing moment for themselves.

FADC meets Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the United Methodist Church, 407 Main St., Farmingdale. Please email fadc@optonline.net or call 293-8928 for additional information.

We are also in need of volunteers. If you have any time or talent to share with our center, we would greatly appreciate your help! Volunteers can provide companionship; help serve meals; assist with craft projects or perform other simple acts of kindness that enhance the program.
